  I love bringing my daughter here to enjoy an amazing time doing the craft of the month. Margaret is wonderful—so loving and caring with the kids. My family has definitely made it a tradition to come to JCPenney every second Saturday of the month.

  I had the worst experience at this JC Penney location(Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, New Jersey). The sales associate Nadira was rude and acted as if she didn't want to process my transaction. Once I finished paying for my items, she gave me my receipt and didn't even say "Thank You", "Come Again", or even "Have A Nice Day". The manager was standing right beside both her and I during the entire transaction so you would presume this young lady would have a better disposition, but she was very dismissive. If she didn't want to work that day she should've stayed her low-vibrational & rude self at home. The next time a customer comes in your line you'll remember to exude positive energy and not receive another negative review on your part. She is in every essence of the word "UNPROFESSIONAL" Will not shop here anymore because of this. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
