On this day, we were in search of gifts for 2 tweens who were being baptized the next day. We wanted a nice, reasonably price cross necklace for each and found just that at JCP, thanks to Shonda. She provided excellent customer service, was very friendly. She provided us with several options within our price point, sales items, and introduced us to the rewards program. I can't speak for the other depts in the store as we didn't do any additional shopping. However, if jewelry is a need, visit Shonda for hands down great customer service.
- JMJennifer M.Jul 3, 20251.0I want to write a poor review regarding the Spartanburg, SC Westgate Mall location. I have always supported this store and have been going there for years. Today my son and his family were harassed by the staff and followed around the store and questioned constantly and they were there with my grandchild trying on clothes for a family picture they are taking this weekend. They were rude and made them all feel uncomfortable. Myself or them will never step foot back in this store and be subjected to this kind of treatment ever again and I will be canceling my JCPenney credit card! Why do people have to be such jerks!!! I guess if you are not dressed like a rich person they think you don’t have money! So disrespectful!!! Your staff at that store should be ashamed! I am going to tell everyone how they treated my family!
