  Could not find the men's clothing items I hoped to purchase. Help in the mens shoe area is non-existent. It's evident why this store will be going out of business. Customers shop where they are valued and respected. You will not find that service here.

  Bought St. John bay jeans and they have horrific moth ball smell. They have been washed twice now and still have the strong odor. How can someone buy a gift of clothing to give to someone when the clothing stinks so bad? I am appalled and won’t be buying any more clothing at that store. I did bring it to the attention of one of the employees stocking more moth ball smelly pants. On a better note, the cashier I had, Jenna, was a wonderful person to deal with.

  The guy in the picture has terrible customer service skills. 🙄 Long story short he was asking us why we wanted to return our purchase.. he asked (after asking me to get off the bed rudely!) 😠 We wanted to use a gift card for our 400 dollar purchase but it wouldn't load in store. 🤦‍♀️ Ended up going outside and getting service and got the gift cards to load. 🙄 So we needed to return and repurchase and he didnt like that. We interrupted him from walking around doing nothing.. probably won't be returning again..terrible customer service. 👎 #CustomerService #Returns #GiftCards #BadExperience ASSOCIATE C594
