- NMNancy M1 day ago1.0I had photos taken October 20, 2025 at the Toledo location. You can no longer pick up the photos at the store location and charge for delivery is just under $10.00. My photos were delivered and left at the front door after rain. I did not get notification they were delivered and therefore they were soaked as they are shipped in a paper/cardboard envelope. I called Lifetouch and they said they could not help me and to contact JC Penney. I have and they indicated there was nothing they could help with either. I find this unacceptable for a company to only give the option of sending the photos to your home and not to package appropriately.

- KSKristin SheeksSep 29, 20252.0We were in on a Saturday evening to purchase shoes for my daughter’s homecoming dance. There was a gentleman straightening the shoes all around us that literally didn’t speak to us or offer to help, which was fine as we found what we were looking for easily. The selection was fantastic and they were running a great sale. Hazel was the cashier that rang us up and she was the most miserably rude associate I have ever encountered. She motioned for us to come to her register, no greeting, no smile, in fact she didn’t even look at is, just aggressively grabbed the shoe box, opened it, scanned it and gave us the total with major attitude. I even asked her if we were bothering her and she said “no.” At the end she handed me the bag and literally turned and walked away without a single word. It was not close to the store’s closing time, they were not busy at all… I have no idea what her problem was, but that woman should NOT be in customer service!
