  The actual manager was efficient but he made the photographer add on individual pictures. I didn't love that. The photographer was absolutely amazing. He knew all the poses and made it so fun. It was just a nastolgic experience. We got the pictures super fast and he even took the time to custom design some

  Took my mother back today after shopping this weekend to exchange a pair of shoes that was purchased this weekend for a larger size as they were too small for her as she’d tried them on and realized they were too small for her feet . They refused to exchange her shoes because there was a bit of dirt on them and made her pay another 75 dollars for another pair. I feel she was discriminated on being disabled and being Native American as I’ve never had such issues with a return at any other store. Manager was extremely rude and unbending as I explained my mom’s disability and me having to come back and help her to the store to make the exchange. They have lost my respect and my business.

  I love my photo experience! It's the delivery of the photo, they deliver them in a paper envelope and the mailman left them in the rain now no one will take responsibility of my photos! Such a shame as I was looking forward to these pictures, waited for them to have two companies turn there back on me a senior citizen, you would think they would sent pictures out in waterproof packages! I'm out over $125!
