She not only helped me kindly but also took the time to make me a JCPenney card, which gave me a discount on my purchase. Even while managing two clients at once, she stayed patient, professional, and very caring. Employees like her truly make the shopping experience so much better. I really hope she gets recognized for her hard work and kindness!
