  I have been shopping at the store since eight years.I’m writing down this review just to know that I was being harassed by a person working there. He should be from the lost and restore Services. after a normal day of shopping with my two year old, I paid my bill and then used the restroom with my child and walked out , when a person came behind and started yelling at me saying hey I know what you did and next time I’m not gonna let you do this I asked him are you talking to me and he said no it’s my mom on the phone. I took my time to get into the car and buckle up my child, He kept watching me and then started recording my car number plate. I got down and confronted him. He said he doesn’t work here. And he didn’t do anything. He went inside and started deleted everything. I got down and went inside Spoke to the person at the counter and he called the head of security for me. And she was defending him saying that he didn’t do anything ,there’s nothing on his phone. I am thousand percent sure he took the videos and he was yelling at me. It will be clearly seen in the CCTV if they have one. I have reported this incident to the non-emergency police department. But I truly feel my safety has been compromised by that guy recording my car And I truly don’t feel safe. Really bad and sad situation.Hope nothing further bad happens.

  The worse experience with Jennifer (the manager).. trying to exchange pants with the tags 100% still on them for Worthington.She said without receipt/ phone number nothing could be done to exchange them. 30 mins around and round, when asked Jennifer what about if a gift, she said she would need a gift receipt, when asked where is it posted in the store MUST have receipt, she said its on line, said WalMart allows returns without a receipt, she said we arent WalMart. When asked if she always keeps her receipt she said she keeps all of her receipt. All of this with multiple others in line, watching Jennifer being very unprofessional, one even said all of this for an exchange, yup even with all the tags still on yhe pants never been worn. Called corporate office and they said it absolutely could be done as in store credit. When back inside and back to counter to find out yup sure could be as in-store credit with the lowest 45 day price. Great thanks for wasting my time.
