I was there on Thursday 09/18/25 around noon, walked around both level 1 and 2 for about 15mins looking for the jewelry and cologne section, couldn’t find a single worker to ask or to offer help. This location needs more employees to or if they already have some, they need new and dedicated employees, it is disappointing.

With stores closing down, one would think Penny's would take pride in satisfying customers, but guess not. They need to just shut it down once and for all
