Moved back to the area and was my 2nd trip in. 1st wasn't horrible but this time zero communication, no response when asking questions to floor employees, and checkout lacked almost the entire what we call in customer service "the perfect transaction." 30 years of successful customer service experience tells me this store needs a major change to stay in the game.
