I do a better job at my home while I'm rushing. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even wash my hair completely. I even mentioned that the back of my head wasn't wet. I left with frizzy hair that still slightly damp. The manager was also very defensive. Just as a reference point I have worked in salons for 20 years and I've never had this experience. I don't think they check the "stylists" work before hiring them, or they don't care or maybe both. And on top of everything it was 42.00 and they charge more to use a flat iron. Lol the audacity.
