I placed an on line order and drove up for curbside just to realize after waiting for 15 min and no one came out, there’s no curbside order available. There’s a handwritten sign that barely visible due to it being severely damaged and unreadable. Then as I walked in to pickup my order, there were on 2 people in line and unfortunately only 1 register was operating and I had to stand in that line for an additional 20 min. In addition, only a few of the registers up front are operating while the others also require repair. Having customers wait an extended period of time due to malfunctioning equipment is utterly absurd.
