- J9Jazzy 999Jul 25, 20253.0Customer service via phone is terrible compared to the quick help at the store i’m TERRIBLY dissatisfied that i had one question and am going on the 2 hour mark to figure out if the part is even there because it’s not showing via website once the call dropped after 10 minutes the second time i was put on hold for 2 hours at this point i could have drove there and back Great staff in the store it seems the prices could be better especially with inflation and Personally i’m VERY disappointed in their online customer service system i hope this improves!
