  Came in for a photoshoot with my family. Dolores is so rude. She was pushy and rushed us through the entire process. She didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I hated that entire experience. The pictures came out ok but working with her was not pleasant at all.

  I bought my girlfriend an anniversary ring from this location, one that she was very excited about. We had them send it to get re-sized; they said it would take 6 weeks at most. After 6 weeks, she went to see if it was ready, and they rudely told her that they didn't have it, without asking for her name or receipt or anything. The next day, the store called, claiming that they lost the ring. They offered her a gift card in its place. All around a very unfortunate experience. UPDATE: The gift card only covered 60% of the cost of the ring. Disgusting behavior.

  Not sure what was going on with Lisa i believe her name was at the jewelry department, but as I’m browsing she is having a loud personal conversation with another co worker as I’m standing no less than 5 feet away from the counter browsing, no greeting no acknowledgement. Fine cool but as soon as I do ask for something in particular she gives me attitude over a question instead of just scanning both items and telling me the difference in price, instead she tells me she can’t tell me that then proceeds to follow up with “do you have a jc penny card” like ??? What does it matter if I can’t even get the price on the item from you ? I walk away as I’m already confused and annoyed about what I did wrong to this lady and she proceeds to go back to gossiping with her co worker LOUDLY and I can hear she’s talking and complaining about me…. Like ma’am your on the floor, on the clock, in uniform what are you doing? So I confront her about it and she tries to argue it with me. Her little buddy walks away and simply says “oh Lisa” in a disappointed tone, almost like this is normal for her. I went in with the intention of buying some gold jewelry but left empty handed and disappointed in the customer service.
