Had my hair colored at the salon by Drake. You can’t even tell my hair was colored. Disappointed

They send you good coupons but then mark everything 'bonus buy' or 'door buster' so you can't use the coupons. Push WAY too hard for you to use their credit card. And one worker argued with my mom about her bra size! Pennys is the only place my mom (91)has bought her bras and this lady told her they never have carried that size. Even found us later in the store to show that size wasn't available on line! Really?!?!

I went to get a haircut at the salon and there were only two people there cutting hair and I think in my personal opinion they were fairly new to the occupation and didn’t have a whole lot of experience. I got an OK haircut but I’ve had better haircuts from there in the past. The salon floors were pretty not appealing, but they weren’t very nice people. And there was no wait time, although they did mark out the operating hours of the salon outside the back of the building for the salon .

There's never good clothes for women under 50. Seems like all the shirts are made for older women. Same with pants and swim suits. Unless you shop in the teen area but, then nothing fits. Dresses are like this too. Men have lots of good options but, women don't at this JcPenny
