The store is entirely awful; to it having no AC in the building, long lines and the store only having one cashier on the register, the rude Customer Service lady down stairs, and the lack on bags for customers yet they always offer u to pay 1.99 for they own bag. Complete bs and I advise no one shop at this JCPenney.

Terrible este lugar y tan buena tienda, no tienen aire acondicionado lo que debe de ser ilegal tener a empleados trabajando con esa calor horrible, quitaron todas las maquinas para verificar los precios, ahora si quieres ver el precio de algo tienes que descargar la app para poder hacerlo, casi no tienen empleados en el piso trabajando y pocas cajas abiertas, las filas junto con la calor es desesperante y más con niños, lástima porque es una gran tienda, ojalá pudieran mejorar estas cosas.
