    Went to the jewelry department the staff already helpful knowledgeable made that purchase I've been thinking about for a long time.

    I’ll start by saying I hate being lied to. Had a stylist named Christina she charged me $60 for a hair straighten appointment, when I asked what the charges are for because I didn’t get a wash and blowout.. I told her I had wash day yesterday and my hair doesn’t feel oily. When I called for the walk-in appointment I was told it would $60 for a wash, blowout, and style. So when she finished, she made up charges to reach $60. Said something like ya she took a longer time, and used oils. when a straighten is only $20! So not only did I absolutely not leave her tip!! I have taken the time to write this bad review, I’m beyond pissed. To top it off I came a week a two or go, got the same thing for another lady (super nice) only cost me $20 and it came out looking way better!! Photo with the hat was the first time, came out amazing Other photo was this time! Not happy. If you don’t know hair you probably can’t tell the difference. I can feel and see the difference

    What chaos! I emailed customer service about my package. Two items I ordered are missing and two items I didn't order were included. She quickly sent me to "the expert" where I had to tell my story again. He said I should contact Customer Service. I said I had already done so. He asked what service (?) I had used to place my order, the advice customer service gave me (none) and the reference number of my conversation with her ( again, none). He then told me to go to the "returns" site. Nothing opened up for me. Whatever happened to publishing a telephone number so you can simply talk to ONE person?

    They have a pretty wide variety of things, I come here for bathing suits because they are well stocked and the fitting rooms are clean just a lot of put back clothes. The jewelry counter is always reliable, my engagement ring is always very well taken care of and they are almost always kind.
