  I don't recommend buying from here. They don't do returns or exchanges with receipts and if you are within 14 days!

  JC Penney no longer respects returns or exchanges. I tried to return a shirt that i never worn and manager said that it looked dirty. I dont understand why they would lie or accuse customers of things. Its unprofessional

  Customer service wouldn't let us do an exchange for something we purchased today and with a receipt due to finding a small hair on a sweater that most likely came from the their floor. Jc Penny doesn't honor returns or exchanged even with reciept

  Nice clearance items however check your tags. The last two times I’ve shopped one lady didn’t want to scan my coupon and after I made her I saved 12 dollars and the other time the items weren’t ringing up correctly and I caught it after I checked out.

  Very Unsatisfied Customer!!! 💯‼️ You would think they would want Customer's, since there's not many of them left! I spent money for Towels that turned out to be Shitty Towels!!! I'm Sorry! Lent all over the place, Sticking to my body!!! I only tried One out of the Three Towels That I Bought, But since I Washed them, Can't Take Them Back!!! Thanks for nothing! Not Even An Exchange For A Better Quality Of Towel! Salvation Army's Towels Now!!! Ugh 😡
