Finally asked for the manager, someone finally showed up minutes later. Asst. Manager "David" showed up, he offered to assist me. I was already upset so just left.

- MCMARI CAug 3, 20251.0Haven't been in a jcp store in a long long time but had to return some pants, store was hot, front line was really long, not a lot of options on juniors clothing when me and my daughter looked, fitting rooms were all a mess and no workers around and ended up getting cut literally by pulling up the pants I tried on and not even up my legs before I felt a sharp sting and started bleeding where the tag sliced me, my daughter had to go to their beauty section to get a ton of tissue to stop the bleeding and clean up the blood, was so frustrated when we left I dont think we'll be going back
