Been awhile since I went to JCPENNEY and this visit was extremely positive. Mecky in the men's department was very helpful. She helped my teenage nephew get the correct measurements for his homecoming outfit AND found the clothes in those sizes. Very happy.

This place is kind of run down and the chairs near the try on rooms are quite broken. But they have sales all the time.
