  Been calling them for over a week! No one answers the phone!!! I have tried every single department at different times of the day and they just dont answer their phones! I been waiting on my jewelry to come back from warranty for more than 3 weeks😑 and I haven't had any type of notice from the store! I live almost an hour away and this is the only JC penney on this side of the state!

  I have a JCP account & forgot my card. At my local stores, associates have been able to locate my information easily if I don’t have my card using my driver’s license, the sales associates here could not. They didn’t ask any follow-up questions or try to locate me in the system any other way besides SSN (which is weird & unsafe) & the associate seriously tried to get me to open another account as a solution. The whole interaction was really stupid & frustrating. They also had a buy one get one half off sale on jeans, but when I asked if they had another pair of jeans in my size, they said what they had out was what they had. Incredibly bad & kinda dumb customer service all around, no wonder this place was empty both times I went in. Order online & avoid the stupidity.
