  I love shopping at JCPennys but for the last year and a half this store has been miserable to go into. I went 3 weeks ago to look for sports bras but couldn’t even try them on because I literally had sweat dripping off me. It is unsanitary to have the store to be the hot with ac not working and have people sweating trying one clothes and then the clothes being put back on the rack if they aren’t being bought. Today I went in to pick up jewelry that had been sent out and I was in the store when it opened and was in the maybe 8 mins total and was dripping with sweat by the time I walked out. 8 mins that is ridiculous. There are so many violations at this store. I will be reporting this store to the health department. Maybe if they receive fines or are forced to close until it is fixed maybe they will take this seriously.

  I'd love to spend more time IN JC Penney but it is miserable inside the store, the AC does not work well, its humid and hot. There is a skeleton crew that works there and 2 cash registers open. The only dressing room is downstairs and the last time I was there it was being worked on. I like JCPENNEY for their products but shopping in this store is a horrible experience. I can't imagine working there, the complaints from customers, the air issues, I wish JCpenney would invest in fixing these issues or the Northwoods Mall owners themselves. There was a significant difference in air once you leave JCpenney and go into the mall. Sadly this review isn't about what JCpenney offers but how it is to shop in that particular store. Please fix it!
