  Earlier today I went to JC Penneys in New Port News. They had a suit Jacket on sale for 199 originally 300. It was posted with signs. I was unable to pick it up at that moment. So later on in the day when I got a free moment I went to the JC Penneys in Hampton because it was closer to home. The suit jacket was marked on sale for 199 down from 300 as well. Took the jacket to the cashier it rang up 300. I told her about the sign. She scans with her scanner and says it doesn’t go on sale until the 10th. I did not buy the jacket. You post something on sale you should honor it. I will no longer shop at the Hampton location. Update: I purchased a suit Jacket from Dillards. Their service was more professional and nice to deal with. I also got it for 5 dollars cheaper than the sale price listed on the one at JC Penneys.

  05/21/2025 approximately 2pm, I went to return a necklace I purchased from Chesapeake square Mall, the item was Originally $2000.00 and was on sale for $1000.00. I purchased it with several discounts that brought it down to $500+. I also purchased another Tennis bracelet from your Company. The issue was I used my Temp bank Card that was only a loaner for 30 days an received the current. The Jewelry Manager instructed me to leave one locality where I live in Hampton and made me go to Chesapeake. Those were her Instructions to the Rep at that time and I hade to waste gas and time doing it. Because of that I have a right mind to return all the Jewelry I purchased from your Company. I bet I won't buy any more. I told the Gentleman at Chesapeake Sq Mall what happened and he didn't understand why I was made to do that. I have to cross bridges from one locality to another, 40 minute drive vs a 5 min drive in town. What a shame and waste of time. Don't get her in trouble but you need to talk.

  Went in and they had a great sale. But when I got to the register the price was different. One of the employees said she would go and check because the price I saw was wrong and the item must have been laid down by someone else. When I told her there were several shirts on the table, she said she would check. She left and was taking quite awhile to come back. When we went to see what was taking so long the associate had moved all of the items on the table. And said she didn't see a thing. When we asked were the shirts went she have a vague answer of they were in the wrong spot and she walked away as we were talking to her.
