  I was at the PV mall store and was having trouble finding my card (jcpenny) and Cruz from the mens area really went out of his way to help me out and gave me a wonderful coupon discount very kind and helpful

  If this store went out of business, I think I would lose my mind LOL. This store is like my everything for when it comes to getting any type of clothing or even buying a new bed and having it delivered right to my home. I have always found the quality of the clothing at JCPenney‘s to be excellent, and if they don’t have what I’m looking for in the store, the front desk girls are more than willing to help me with placing an online order that I pick up at JCPenney’s once it arrives.

  I would rate the store 5 because the store looks good all the time and some associate are so friendly and has very nice smiling welcoming face except one associate I think is new. She is checking me out in the register I forgot some of my information and her face looks so irritated. I do not remember her name but it starts with J and it has n. I couldn't see very well. White female. In women. I hope she replaced her with the other nice people.

  Absolutely disgusting place that just needs to be torn down. The store looks like it hasn’t been remodeled since the 70’s with old faded and chipped paint. Graffiti on the walls of the men’s restroom as well. Not nearly as good as the Ahwautukee, Tempe, or Arrowhead stores.
