- MGMarie GJul 13, 20254.0I like JCPenney overall, however the beauty section needs more tissues/spray for the makeup testers. I thought they didn’t have any, but there’s one cup in the middle of the store. Just a concern for sanitation wise. As makeup testers have a lot of bacteria, if wiped on face/lips even accidentally it could cause rash or other infections.
