Aurora was AMAZING!! Purchased shoes on 10/9 for a upcoming wedding this weekend, and although they were on sale, she directed me to my phone for an additional discount on the website so I saved more! Super pleasant, outgoing, and friendly!! I'm not a huge mall shopper and I haven't been to JCPennys in years, but she will definitely be the reason why I would return and shop again!! Best place to pick up a great deal! Got a few pieces of clothing for $3 each for their pink tag sale. I always enjoy going in to see what they have for sale.
