Wouldn’t scan my item or anything until I applied, and when I tried to back out midway through by saying I don’t want to give my SSN, her response was “No it’s ok!” and just stared at me. I get that there’s some quota or whatever, but this is how you lose people! Now I have a hard check on my credit for a card I probably won’t even qualify for just because an employee wouldn’t accept me saying “No” FIVE WHOLE TIMES! Never coming back.
