There was mo longer any floor staff to help with finding exactly what was needed, but that is due to corporate cut backs and lack of employable workers. JCP continues to be quality! Keep up the brick and mortar stores JVP! The check out lady was super nice and friendly, she helped me a lot! Super satisfied with my visit and will continue to patronize the B&M stores
