I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received recently, but also to bring a serious issue to your attention.
First, I would like to commend two of your employees, Gia and Leia. Their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to providing excellent service were truly impressive. They worked together seamlessly to resolve my issue, and their positive attitudes and problem-solving skills made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the manager on duty. Their conduct was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect toward both customers and staff. Their actions undermined the excellent work being done by their team, and created a very poor customer experience. Poor management can significantly impact both employee morale and customer satisfaction.

I’ve always enjoyed JCPenney‘s however, there is a checker lady at the Redlands store with short black hair who always wears a mask and gloves. She has been very rude to me. On many occasions. One time I had the sale ad right in front of me and she straight up lies to me . I was swearing I’d never go back to pennies again, but as I said, I do like JCPenney‘s She will never give you the discount that the store is offering, at one point, I thought JCPenney‘s was to blame, but after checking it more than once, I realized it is just her. Even if you have the discount right in front of you she always tells you that you can’t have it and then says do you still want It. The first time this happened I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But since it’s happened several times to me, but because she’s done this several times to me, I realize she’s just rude.
For instance, they were having a mystery sale I went in on October 13 and wanted to buy a heated throw blanket I had a 30 % off it clearly stated home goods and bedding, she said And the electric blanket was electronic then asked me. Do you still want it? I told her no and I bought it online with my 30% coupon and it worked just fine.

I came in to do some shopping and was surprised by the appearance of one of the employees in the makeup or jewelry section. Her outfit was very revealing—more in line with something you'd expect at Hooters than a retail store. It made me uncomfortable, especially having my daughter with me. I didn’t expect that kind of dress code at JCPenney.
