- FRFred RingwaldOct 19, 20252.0The store organization is not customer friendly, with plus and petite sizes on the opposite side of the store from the "normal" sizes. The dressing room on the "normal" side of the store was closed 45 minutes before the store closed so trying on sizes across the store required unnecessary extra trips across the store. The cash registers closest to the exit were either closed or occupied by employees engaged in conversation rather than helping customers, so the only customer checking out was not served at the most conveniently located register. The entire store experience seemed focused on the needs of the store staff, and not the needs of the customer.

When I first had her do my hair she was attentive to the processing of my hair. She checked very often to make sure things were going well. She clearly knows what she is doing and cares about her clients.
