  Needs to work on online pick up and exchnage/return lines priority. While online pick up can be very short transactions, but exchanges are VERY time consuming yet take priority despite lines "go back and forth" I was waiting for 20 minutes for a pick up, but a customer with an exchange was called out after she waited only 5 minutes. Which I mentioned and it was rectified. Despite that I also realized jcp has two different systems the old version and new version cash registers. Meaning if a return or pick up fails on the new system they would have to fall back on the old system, which doesn't seem like a effecient way of doing business. Please reach out to management to get these inefficient practices fixed. Seeing these actions as "business as usual" or employees seeing this as something as normal should be concerning

  Has larger sizes, big and tall. Great selection. Reasonable prices. Support your local department stores or they will disappear. So much better shopping in a store than on line.

  I’ve generally had good experiences here, but this time was different. I purchased two gift cards with envelopes (which another attendant kindly checked for me), but they were covered in dust or discoloration that rubbed off. It was the only option available, and staff had just noticed, no prior checking or inventory? I ended up cleaning them myself right there in front of them, and luckily the dust came off easily. Fun is the only excuse I got from the person attending to me was I should have mentioned that I will need the gift cards envelopes——-huuuum.
