Today I called again and I was informed that we never called before ( I then supplied the open case number and he shut up about that quickly) he then told me to just chat with their site next time, and that he would flag the call to be at the top of the list. I answered clearly that happened last week. Can I have a direct contact number, or a managers contact. He told me he has those and isnt permitted to give them to me. 0/10 possibly the worst possible service yet.
