  Do not go to the salon if you book online. They lie about their prices. They literally charged me double when I went in and did not notify me at all until after my appointment. They seen what I signed up for. The stylist could have told me. She waited until it was time to ring up. I still feel she lied about those prices too. I asked her to double check I but she said that was the final price and it was nothing I could do about it. I booked several times before and that never happened until last weekend. Call and confirm your price because they will cheat you. They said they would have the manager call me and she didn’t bother.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Cathy M. at the checkout, at the J C Penney in Roseville, MI. She helped me with a purchase that was discounted, but I wasn't sure how to go about the procedure to claim it. She was very pleasant, and professional, and made my experience purchasing my favorite brand of handbag an enjoyable one. Thank you Cathy, your help was appreciated !

  Gubin was such a blessing to my son and I. We were shopping for homecoming, and she helped us tremendously. We saved, and found exactly what we came for! She was such a sweet lady. I was supposed to do a survey, but I lost my receipt.

  I would like to commend your manager Kim!!! She saved my trip!!! I truly appreciate the time and efforrt she took to correct my daughter's wrong size.
