  DO NOT COME HERE FOR PHOTOS. Worse experience ever. My appointment was for 11:30 and was told to come at 11:20. We arrive & there was 8-9 families before us. Not sure what the point of an appointment is???? Finally after 1.5 hrs we get called and my two year old has lost all patience. She took horrible photos!!! (not to mention my blown out hair got curly and greasy from sweat [I know not the end of the world but it’s special photos]) The lady said they were understaffed and that’s why they were so behind. Maybe don’t book appointments for every 15 minutes as well as accept walk ins. “It’s just how we book” Could have just gone to a professional private studio for the price who charges $250 and JCPenny came to $190. Save yourself a headache.

  I am rating them one star because of Corporate decisions. This location basically had one person manning the entire floor. We bought over 30 window panels and needed help but there was absolutely no one available. The only person was at the register and its not like he can leave and help us. A gentleman named Moses check us out and he was wonderful considering the poor work condition he was in. MOSES GETS 5 STAR! Why have a massive brick and mortar space if you are not going to have any employees? Perhaps hire more people so there isnt a long wait time to check out. Forget about getting help on the floor, there is absolutely no one. Additionally, saw a mouse running around.

  Hello, good afternoon, I hope this complaint reaches the high command, of the JCP chain. I went to buy today August 30/2025, to the store, ladies' underwear, and a worker, who was in the area, organizing merchandise, she forbade me, to touch underwear and besides she told me that it was infected, not to touch, apart from the dressing so my person, also had the nerve to make fun 🤣 with another employee, of me and my husband, I hope the store, takes reprisals, that is a lack of respect, towards customers, I exposed my case with the manager of the store, people like that, should not be at the customer service………… Hoy visite la tienda de JCP a eso de las 12:00 del día, como un cliente más, me dirigi hacia la sección de ropa interior de dama, con el fin de comprar pantys para dama, una trabajadora me dijo que no tocara la ropa interior que yo estaba infectada , que no tocara la ropa interior, me retiré de la línea, y esa misma trabajadora con otra empleada, empezaron a burlarse a carcajadas, burlándose de mi y mi esposo, espero que tomen cartas en el asunto, reírte el incidente con el manager de la tienda, ojalá los altos mandos de la cadena , tomen acciones, ya que por los clientes, generan ingresos, es una falta de respecto, hoy fuy ultrajada y discriminada, y no quiero que esto , le pase a alguien más, todos merecemos respecto.
