They have polite associates and great prices, and availability, so I visit there first when I'm looking for something. The store is clean and neat. I recommend this JCPenney store located inside the Rogue Valley Mall...

I hadn't bought clothes in many years (my fault). I drove 2.5 hrs. to go to Penny's (my fault). Stopped at Kohls first, they open at 9am.Got to Penny's at 10:25am. Never thought they don't open until 11am (pennys fault). I had more places to go before driving 2.5 hrs home (my fault) so wasn't interested to sit in car for 35 min. Maybe I'm impatient not really but WHY in the world don't you open sooner? Also, after seeing these reviews about your store letting men in ladies dressing room, I'm positive I won't be back to pennys.

When did they decide to have the same prices as Nordstrom without the quality?
