  I was in there the other day Store’s god awful completely empty and a mess No associates to be found anywhere to help or check out only downstairs in the.com desk was one person, but that was returns. Anyways, I used to be a customer shopping all the time in JCPenney, but in the past year, it’s all gone downhill The worst part about it is the area where all the home decor and outside accessories used to be so neat and clean as well as the men’s department. Both are trashed now., The store manager is definitely incompetent to the position. She has no idea what she’s doing she just yells at the associates to get something called credit and surveys and then shrugs off angrily she should definitely not be in charge of that store. she needs to go back to training or and real evaluate her entire self I don’t know when she came on, but I do remember the old (MANAGER) he was very nice very helpful very friendly. Not sure why he left but corporate did a terrible job by finding this replacement. Shame on JCPenney, and for the way Your Store Manager’s treat your associates. Better yet She should quit her job and do something that she has more knowledge in

  Very hard to find woman's jeans. Selection is sparse and the old lady at checkout was kind of rude. I can see why the company as a whole is failing..
