I had a very pleasant visit at JCP (Alamo Ranch) yesterday. Ian in customer service was very helpful as I ordered 3 items on line. He patiently guided me through the process. He is super kind! Also very helpful was Maria in the beauty section. Great employees! They are both people persons in kindness and knowledge ❤️

My daughter was a first-time makeup buyer, and we visited your store last Sunday, 9/21. We received outstanding service from Jonathan and Maria. They patiently walked my daughter through different product options, guided her on how to apply makeup, and thoughtfully recommended products suited for her skin type and tone. They also advised against items not appropriate for a 13-year-old, which I truly appreciated. Both Jonathan and Maria were amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly commend them for making my daughter’s first experience so special. 😊

We had a great experience at the Alamo Ranch JC Penny. There is a sales associate by the name of Gavin that assisted us, as well as several other customers in the men’s department. I don’t know the kid personally but thought he deserved a shout out for his customer service skills and knowledge in explaining the difference in slim fit vs modern fit, etc.

I found my experience at this store to be very disappointing. Not only did it feel like my time was wasted, but I also noticed that the prices often increased at the register compared to what was displayed on the shelves. This lack of transparency is frustrating and leaves customers feeling misled.
