  All the employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and all the merchandise looked like it was top notch. I'll definitely go back to JCPenney

  Website states 11:00 am open. Tiny sign on door says open at 10:00. Asked employee why wrong time and was told management leaving it that way to see if people come in earlier. I didn't go earlier because website says not open. Guessing same for others.

  Store was clean the jewelry counter girl said hello. I had an over flow of items strapped to my arms not one store associate offered a cart, my doing none the less I worked retail I would have offered. They may want to keep a handful near the back of the store for situations such as this. The store was fully stocked lots to choose from and the bathing suit selection was plentiful. The best part of my shopping experience here was when the cashier SHACLA JA not sure if the correct spelling helped me with my purchased saved me 25% off and told me to use my credit card for good savings. She has helped me before in the past. She really is a great cashier something I would think JCPenney‘s would want to recognize her for the awesome customer service she provides your customers this is what made my shopping experience great!!! Job well done. Thank you. I will be back.

  I am sitting here and 10 customers have had to come to the door be told it’s not open yet and leave every other store in this whole mall and the 2 miles on either side are open, but they don’t open till 11. Covid is over and if you wanna stay in business, you have to be available when customers are available and they come to every other store in the mall to shop and you’re not open — I asked to talk to the manager and I’m told she knows
