  I booked a portrait session for my friends and I. When I booked it I noticed it mentioned only 15 mins as a time frame for the shoot and we wanted to do outfit changes. So I tried multiple times to call and even when I pressed 0 for an operator I never got anyone on the phone. I never received a call from them until the night before and the lady spoke so fast and just said no outfit changes and no extra time because they were booked. When we arrived they definitely were not that busy and definitely could have offered extended time because we actually started early. The lady mentioned the photographer would do a single portrait of each of us to warm us up. Well she did 3 single portraits of each of us. What we didn’t know was it takes away from your group photos. On a whole the pictures are not great by any means especially for the ridiculous price. The photographer had a fun attitude and we did have fun but I think a little more thought and direction could be put into it. I think it would probably be better if people just went with a local photographer instead of going here.

  I was in the jewelry department, Mrs. Ora helped me. I am extremely grateful for the service, she was extremely patient and attentive. She should be the employee of the year. I was able to get everything I was looking for.

  This review is specifically for Brittany in Beauty. Brittany was incredible and such a pleasure to work with. She took her time and was beyond patient with me. Brittany ended up recommending, what is now my everyday scent, Billie Ellish No. One. I went back a couple times that week. Each time she warmly received me. Her kindness and willingness to help was deeply appreciated.
