  I like their clothes, but Augusta Mall is so old and dirty. Employees were really friendly but The lighting is dark and dingy. It was depressing to shop in the store and in the mall in general.

  Was there yesterday and witnessed a manager being very rude and unprofessional with her underage employees. This is the second time I've seen this manager act unprofessional over the time shopping there this year and cannot stay silent (in front of many customers). I could not imagine working under such a hostile work environment. Manger was named Sandra or Sondra. As a mid-level manager myself I would have her retrained on the companies Code of Ethics and reiterate professional manager conduct. Or just demote back to sales until she is ready to be a productive leader again. Fix this ASAP, your employees with be more productive without the extra added stress of a bad apple in the bunch.....I chatted with employee after, and they said it's a reoccurring issue that has been brought to the store manager with no resolve in the past.
