There were three ladies who were working on the same customer and couldn’t figure out the issue. Then the same three ladies had to help another customer with an issue. I find it hard to believe that it takes three people to help one customer while the line was growing and growing. There’s gotta be a better method for prepaid pick ups than to stand in the same Checkout line. Also, you might want to think about retraining your three salespeople because obviously none of them knew what they were doing
