  I ordered picked up and it was a quick and easy process and they made sure to email me to see if they had the item or not in which they did have the item, but as I walked through the store I noticed that they have too much stuff where you'll probably spend hours looking for something especially in the clearance section, it was stuffed with clothes where I was too overwhelmed. I get they want you to spend some time in their store but it was a bit excessive. But the store was decently clean so that's a plus

  I was in Penny's last week to pick up my briefs that I purchased online! I appreciated that the staff was very friendly working in a very clean environment! This store is one.of the cleanest stores in AZ! Thank you JCPENNYS! Keep up the great work!! I will do all my shopping at Penny's from now on! Thank You!! Gary

  Be aware they will charge you what they want and won't tell you and hide in the back when you ask for a refund over 320 $ for a few pictures is robbery I have taken it to the higher ups
