The staff is always friendly and efficient, store is clean and bright, and for the most part, they seem to be well stocked with a good variety, including clearance items. They always have coupons available too. Regular prices are steep. I mostly only buy sale items. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the plus section could use some attention, not just this location, but JCP in general. They have a certain brand of jeans that fit me just right and I used to find them in store every time I went, but the past 2 years, they're always out of the leg cut I like and out of my size, but can usually find online. Plus sized options for tops isn't great either as there are only sometimes just t-shirts or overly dressy.
