  I called the number listed here on google atleast 10 times and 8 times nobody answered. The one time someone answered, I got transferred and nobody answered the transfer. The last time, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. The worst service I've ever received. I feel bad for the elderly and handicapped who can't just pickup and go into the store just to check on the status of their jewelry repair like I tried to do.

  Went in for a return and asked a lady named Linda I think (older white lady) where the customer service was very politely. And she responded “signs are on the ceiling” very rudely. Well if the signs were obvious and said “customer service this way” I wouldn’t need to ask her, but they don’t. The signs only let you know what dept you’re in and where the register was. Not where customer service is upstairs. She was very rude and her response took me off guard. She needs service training.

  Terrible environment. Complete lack of customer support. Nobody staffed in men’s department. Needed to buy a suit and had questions. Thirty minutes trying to find what I needed….no employee in sight to assist. Nowhere to pay for anything other than a long line at register at front of store. Wasted time and money in a place that won’t stay open much longer. I should have known what to expect after calling store number a few times and never getting an answer. Then called the 800 number and asked…they tried the store and couldn’t get through , either.

  I love getting my hair done at JCPenney! Terri is amazing and always has my hair looking perfect!! She is very welcoming, kind, sweet, and a true professional! The other beauticians are very friendly and inviting! Great job to all of you!!

  This store is terrible. I went on the Oct 1 to pay my bill. The cashier charged my account twice. I went back into the store and spoke with a supervisor and she could help. She told me I had to call the 866 number,even though the store is who messed me up. WOW, how unprofessional this place is. The cashier also explained they have a new system and it had also charged others incorrectly. again WoW JC Penney what are you guys doing. I called and they do not see the other charge, I cancelled my dispute due they said I would take 60 days to fix. Again WoW JC Penney this is problem your cashier made and you make your customer run around trying to fix it. I had to dispute with my bank due to i need my funds now, I have other bills to pay. This is terrible customer service.
