When i approached the jewelry section to purchase new hoops I was worried i’d find myself in two weeks with green marks and breaking out in hives. Thanks to the incredible knowledge of Stuart I am confident I won’t be running into these problems anymore ! To be told you can't return it. Employees don't know their store policy and shouldn't tell a customer you can return it, when you can't. Training issue, customer out the money and product. This is why you loose customer
