Indifference and smirky disrespect for a customer trying to return sweat pants that don't fit. Because I used 50 dollars in rewards I was told by customer rep and manager no refund no store credit ... Not the way to treat a customer who spent over 1000 in your store in past six months to earn those rewards points ...
