- JWJames winnsSep 28, 20252.0To Whom It May Concern, My wife, my daughter, and I came to JCPenney for a family photo session. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. We have already been waiting for over two hours, and as I am writing this review, we are still waiting. This is unreasonable, especially considering that my wife is pregnant and has had to endure this long wait. It is clear that the staff is being overworked and not receiving the support they need. The manager overseeing the photo department, Alexa, should be assisting the team rather than leaving them to struggle with such a heavy workload. A manager should actively manage and provide support when the situation clearly calls for it. I strongly urge JCPenney to address this issue so that customers and employees are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve.

Not looking forward to travel to the Queens Boulevard Location for my eye care needs. 😪 Gateway had a wonderful staff and took time out for my family needs . Simone was phenomenal and the optical team. what a loss to the Jcpenny company.
