  Went looking for a dress for a wedding but didn't find anything I liked. They have a nice selection of clothes and shoes. The quality seems like good brands, I shall return again to find something else.

  This store is run very poorly. I went here to see what clothes they had and found some nice baggy levis. Their dressing room floors had shirt pins all over and several of the changing stall doors were broken. When I finally went to the counter to pay for them, I was bombarded by questions, all about their card. I said no a total of 4 times before the questions stopped. This is an all time low for the company; desperately trying to force you to get their horrible card so you will hopeful shop with them more frequently. I refuse to ever return to a jcpenny and I refuse to allow my family to ever support a company that doesn't keep a safe environment and that harass their customers at the checkout lanes. Do better. Also, to everyone reading reviews here, be wary. A lot of the 5 star reviews have poor grammar and lots of typos, which means its either employees leaving reviews or its review bombing. Avoid this place.

  The staff is nice enough, but the store is dingy. It’s also wild that they don’t open until 11am. Overall, it seems like the company doesn’t really care about making in-store shopping something worthwhile.

  Total waste of time. They had ONE register open on the entire first floor on Saturday at 5pm. When someone does a documentary on why JC Penney failed, this will be near the top of the list. So many pissed off customers. I saw people tossing their potential purchases down and walking out.
