  I have a JCPenney credit card for a very long time I recently purchased some shoes online the box that it came in was damaged tried on the shoes super tight. I tried to loosen them up but didn't work ..I brought them into return and since I didn't have the box and they were a little dirty from the bottom the manager refused to return them she was super rude . I kept telling her that I have the UPC I have everything because I bought them online and she's still refused she said for me just to call customer service and have them send me a slip because she is not going to put her codes in .. I honestly felt like they thought I was returning some old shoes or that I was trying to switch some new shoes for old shoes I don't know what they were thinking but I felt so embarrassed that they were accusing me of lying and bringing in old shoes that is not right .. Heather was the manager's name ..

  I purchased $1,450 dollars worth of jewelry from JC Penney. As soon as I got home I went to put on of the necklaces on it broke, before I even wore it once. I went back to return it and the manager refused to because I didn’t have the tag. Initially I was only going to return the one necklace. When they refused to return it because of a tiny tag I went back to return everything else and they refused most of that as well despite it being in perfect condition a couple days later. I have never been treated so horribly. I called corporate and was told they would do the return no problem only to go to the store to be refused again. Jennifer is the assistant manager and was incredibly rude to me. Worst experience ever. I spent 1,400 on trash. I will never shop here again. They only ended up half of it. Please don’t shop here they sell you trash and then refuse to return it on some technicality even if you have the receipt. They screw people over and know it. Corporate promised to return the items and then didn’t follow through. I have called multiple times and been told the GM would call back when done with vacation to have it never happen. These people are THIEVES!!!

  I saw Jennifer Master Stylist and my hair STILL looks great weeks later! Great cut!!! Great color!! Detailed and thorough. Good product advice too.
