- MRMike Del RealOct 25, 20255.0I was doing some shopping at JCPenney‘s freshening up my work attire. I easily found what I was looking for and continued to the counter to pay for my items. That’s where I met Julie who assisted me. Julie was very friendly and helpful. We actually struck up a conversation that lasted for approximately five minutes. Not realizing it, I grabbed my JC Penny items while leaving behind another bag with $200 worth of clothing I had purchased from another retailer. I did not realize this until I got home later that evening. I returned to the store the next day when I immediately recognized Julie‘s friendly face. She immediately recognize my face as well. She excitedly told me that she had the bag of clothing that I had accidentally left the day before. She was so happy that I was able to retrieve the items. Between the friendly and helpful service that Julie provided along with her feeling the need to get these items back to me, it’s obvious she is a huge asset to the JC Penny Corporation. It is obvious that she loves her job and loves interacting with people. Thank you so much Julie for your help and friendly disposition. And thanks JCPenney for hiring such a wonderful person.

My insurance was never added to my phone number or info. She took the time to find my original receipt and grant me warranty.(it wasnt cheap!). Jc penny wasn't my ideal place to buy an engagement ring but i dont regret it. Great customer service.
