  Rosita was absolutely amazing. She helped me out we l with the perfect swimsuit. She was the sweetest lady. Thank you so much. Definitely will be back.

  7-19-24 Lakeisha really helped me a lot even though she was on register she accompanied me to to men's shoes to discuss my husband's upsize because of a pointed-toe style. She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney. 2023 Roland was a big help when I called customer service today! His precise instructions helped me a lot. He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Then in store Nora was very knowledgeable and helped me with brands and sizing to help me get in and out in a timely fashion. Thank you JCP for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will continue shopping at my local JCPenney.😍🤗🤗
